In 1994, Ramen Hide (pronouced HEE-day) opened its doors as the originator of Tokyo-style tonkotsu ramen. As word of the ramen shop and its delicious soup spread, its lines began to grow longer with popular Japanese celebrities and local fans alike.

Over the last twenty-plus years, Tokyoites have loved Ramen Hide for its passionate devotion to making all elements of their dishes by hand. Handmade noodles. Handmade soup. At this time, Ramen Hide is proud and excited to open its doors to the people of Los Angeles as Venice Ramen.
